Kylemore Ltd is led by Brian Hoban, an experienced developer and founder of the award-winning architectural practice Hoban Design. He has received numerous industry accolades, including the Design Et Al Award (2024) and the Evening Standard awards for Best Family Home and Best Luxury Home.


At Kylemore Ltd, we believe in creating sustainable and innovative living spaces. Our vision is to redefine urban living by integrating modern design with environmental responsibility.  


Over the last 15 years we have developed and sold in excess of £25m in residential properties, and overseen in Hoban Design  Ltd in excess of £100m of design and refurbishments for private clients.
